Within the scope of the Event Management course conducted during the 2025–2026 Fall Semester under the supervision of Dr. Güllü Arı, Head of the Department of Recreation Management, an “Entertainment Festival” was organized on December 4, 2025, by second-year student Fatma Yıldırım, with the contributions of Tavşanlı Municipality, Tavşanlı Diyanet Youth Center, GSB Tavşanlı Youth Center, Tavşanlı Public Education Center, Tavşanlı Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Tavşanlı Women Entrepreneurs Association.

Implemented in line with the academic guidance provided by Dr. Güllü Arı throughout the process, the event enabled participants to experience a dynamic and colorful festival through music performances, games, and various recreational activities, while also allowing students to apply their theoretical knowledge in the field of event management and develop competencies in creative planning, organization, and participant experience design.
